My work is to support you as you learn to feel, understand, and address the habits and beliefs that are getting in the way of you showing up as the version of yourself that you know is possible.
At some point in your life you, like me, probably internalized the messages that led us to believe that something was intrinsically wrong with us, and we’re forever destined to be at war with our own bodies and minds. For over 20 years, I’ve been invested in clearing up my own disorientation and accumulating the tools for self-intimacy I needed stop battling with myself. and I offer a container for sharing these tools with others following this path.
